Assessment of applications

Applicants will be assessed on their potential for excellence, both in a technical sense and with regard to their motivation and desire to succeed.

Initial 1-day workshop

Coaching and business planning, developing a group dynamic

Weekly life coaching

Initial session will be face-to-face at participants workspace, monthly thereafter in person.  Other sessions will be by telephone

Monthly “technical” classes

3-4 participants per class, dependent on art form

Obtain expert specialists in individual artforms.  Specialists will be decided upon and sourced once the assessment process has been undertaken

Each participant will undertake some form of “showcase” - exact form of the showcase and whether the showcase/s will be shared or individual will be worked on throughout the programme.  May take the form of exhibition/s, performance/s, online showcase/s, publications etc
